Are you ready for the Beatrix Blanket MAL?

Join Scheepjes for an exciting new MAL, taking place from 1st - 22nd June 2022 and together we’ll crochet the striking Beatrix Blanket by Jellina Verhoeff! The design features damask motifs and rich graduated color and was inspired by the Beata Beatrix, a painting by Pre-Raphaelite artist Rosetti. It’s the perfect project for intermediate crafters looking to develop or refresh skills in tapestry crochet and experiment with gradient color effects. The original colorway is made with Whirl (3 balls of the same color) and Whirlette (2 balls of matching colors to the Whirl and 1 ball for the border) and an additional yarn combination using Scheepjes Our Tribe (4 gradient colorways and 4 solids) and Metropolis (2 balls for the border) has been created especially for this MAL. The MAL will be hosted in the International and Dutch Official Scheepjes Facebook Groups. Alongside helpful weekly tips posted to Jellina's blog, you can access expertise from the designer and ongoing support from the mods and admins within the groups.
