Big Bio Balance from BC Garn is a wonderful thick but not too warm yarn! Does this well-known wool and cotton blend yarn remind you of Bio Balance? No wonder, as Big Bio Balance is its big sister and an excellent beginner's yarn for all your knitting learning needs. Whether you are knitting a scarf or a sweater, Big Bio Balance is suitable for everything. It’s also perfect for knitting baby items.
The yarn is completely organic and, of course, GOTS certified. Big Bio Balance is soft and has a beautiful melange coloration. The blend consists of 55% wool and 45% cotton, making it durable and easy to care for. The manufacturer recommends hand washing, but numerous tests have shown that it can easily withstand a gentle cycle at 30 degrees Celsius.
